Billy
Kay
For those of your who saw Francis Albert perform
live, in concert, attending this fabulous, Las
Vegas style tribute will bring back all of those
fond memories. This fabulous tribute to Frank
Sinatra by Billy Kay portrays Frank in the
"Chairman Of The Board Years". Featuring Billy's
live singing impersonation that not only looks
like Frank Sinatra, but sounds like Frank
Sinatra as well. Billy Kay seems to emulate all
of the typical Frank Sinatra stage mannerisms.

time".
